For a site that gets through cleaning chemicals in volume, the saving is almost never in the price per litre — it is in dilution control. A concentrate diluted by eye is diluted wrong, usually far too strong, and the cost of that habit across a year of cleaning a labour accommodation block or a plant welfare facility is larger than any discount on the drum.
