Convex mirrors give sight lines where a wall, a rack or a blind corner removes them, and the specification is diameter against viewing distance — too small a mirror at too great a distance shows nothing useful. Indoor mirrors can be acrylic; outdoor mirrors in the Eastern Province should be polycarbonate or stainless, because acrylic yellows and crazes under sustained UV. State whether the mirror is for traffic, forklift aisles, or security observation.
