Barriers separate work from traffic, and the specification depends on whether they merely delineate or must physically contain a vehicle. Water-filled plastic barriers are quick to deploy and are filled on site for mass, which makes them practical for temporary works; concrete barriers contain heavier impacts but need lifting plant. For pedestrian control alone, lightweight interlocking barriers are sufficient and far cheaper. State whether vehicle containment is genuinely required.
The more of this you send, the closer the first quotation lands.
