Hot water in this region is a seasonal question, and it is worth saying out loud because it changes the sizing. For several months of the year water arriving from a roof tank is already warm, so the heater does little, while in winter the same installation has to do all the work — which means the unit is sized against the winter cold feed rather than the annual average, and a heater sized on summer experience disappoints in January. The other decision is where the heat is made. Point-of-use storage heaters at each bathroom avoid a long circulating loop and the standing losses that come with it; a central plant with a circulation pump gives instant hot water at every outlet and pays for it in pipe insulation and pump running. Whichever it is, two safety items belong in the order rather than in the commissioning: a temperature and pressure relief valve, and an expansion vessel where the cold feed has a check valve or a pressure reducer on it.
