A cabinet exists to keep an extinguisher findable, undamaged and out of the weather, and outdoors in the Gulf the weather is the hard part. Sun, blown sand and coastal salt degrade a thin painted steel box quickly, and a cabinet that has rusted shut is worse than no cabinet, because the extinguisher inside is still on the inventory. Decide first whether the location is indoor or exposed, then size the cabinet to the extinguisher actually installed — cabinets are sold to fit specific body diameters and heights, not generically.
The more of this you send, the closer the first quotation lands.
