High-visibility clothing is graded by how much material it carries, not by how bright it looks. EN ISO 20471 sets three classes defined by minimum areas of fluorescent background and retroreflective material, class 3 carrying the most; ANSI/ISEA 107 runs a parallel type and performance class system in the United States. A vest that has been washed past its stated cycle count, or that has faded in Gulf sun, may no longer meet the class printed on its label. State the class your site requires and how often garments are laundered or replaced.
The more of this you send, the closer the first quotation lands.
