A full body harness is the only body support permitted for fall arrest — body belts were withdrawn because they concentrate arrest forces on the abdomen. Selection turns on the attachment points the work actually needs: a dorsal D-ring is mandatory for arrest, while sternal, side and front rings serve ladder climbing, work positioning and rope access respectively, and paying for rings the job never uses only adds bulk. Size matters more than buyers expect, because a harness that cannot be adjusted to the wearer will be worn loose.
The more of this you send, the closer the first quotation lands.
