A sealed box is what a first aid point needs once it leaves an air-conditioned corridor. Sited beside a chemical decant area, on a pipe rack, in a pickup or at a remote wellhead, the enclosure is doing more work than the contents: keeping fine dust out of sterile packaging, keeping humidity off adhesive dressings, and holding an internal temperature that does not cook the contents by mid-afternoon. That is a different specification from an indoor wall cabinet, and the properties to state are the gasket and ingress rating, the shell material and its UV stability, and whether the box is carried, vehicle-mounted or fixed. Two practical points follow. A gasketed box needs latches a gloved hand can open, and a box in the sun needs a light shell colour and a shaded mounting position or the contents expire early whatever the printed date says.
The more of this you send, the closer the first quotation lands.
