The specification error that costs money here is ambient temperature. IEC 60076 ratings are referenced to ambient conditions well below what a transformer standing in an unshaded compound in the Eastern Province actually sees, and a unit ordered at its nameplate kVA on the assumption of a temperate site is derated in practice from the day it is energised — losing capacity precisely in the summer months when the connected air conditioning load peaks. Either the site ambient goes into the enquiry so the rating is chosen against it, or the transformer is specified with a higher temperature class or forced cooling. Two other things belong in the first message: the vector group and impedance, because these must agree with the existing system if the unit will ever run in parallel or feed a protection scheme already set, and whether the installation is indoors, which usually decides cast resin over oil-filled on fire grounds.
